Earlier this school year, six Glens Falls High School students were selected to perform in three different ensembles at the New York State School Music Association’s (NYSSMA) Zone 7 Area-All State Festival.
After spending weeks to practice their challenging pieces of music at home and with their GFHS teachers, the students were able to rehearse with other highly accomplished student musicians for two days. Following the rehearsals, students had the opportunity to perform in a concert held at Saratoga Springs High School.
