Glens Falls Middle School, 20 Quade Street
The High School and Middle School are situated on the same campus as connected buildings. The High School is located at 10 Quade Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801. The Middle School is located at 20 Quade Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801. Putt LaMay Football Field is located behind the High School building, adjacent to Clayton Avenue. Other athletic fields are located at Morse Athletic Complex, on Upper Sherman Avenue.
From I-87: Take Exit 18 and turn east onto Main Street. Take a left turn onto Media drive. Turn right onto Luzerne Road, and left onto Veterans Road. Turn right onto Sherman Avenue/Upper Sherman Road. Turn left onto Quade Street.
Entrance to the high school will be on the left, where W. Notre Dame Street comes to a T. All high school visitors should use Door A.
Entrance to the middle school will be on the left, just before Quade Street takes a slight turn to the left.
From Hudson Falls/points east: Follow state Route 254 W/Route 32B/Route 911E west into Glens Falls. At Centennial Circle, take a slight right to continue onto Glen Street.
At the Stewart’s Shop, turn left onto Sherman Avenue. Turn right onto Quade Street.
Entrance to the high school will be on the left, where W. Notre Dame Street comes to a T. All high school visitors should use Door A.
Entrance to the middle school will be on the left, just before Quade Street takes a slight turn to the left.
Big Cross Street School, 15 Big Cross Street
Big Cross Street Elementary School is located at 15 Big Cross Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801. The main entrance is on Big Cross Street, between 2nd and 3rd Streets. Parking is in the lot behind the building (entrance on 3rd Street), or on the streets surrounding the school.
From I-87: Take Exit 18 and turn east onto Main Street/Broad Street. At the Hudson River Community Credit Union, turn right onto Staple Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street to reach the school parking lot, or continue to Big Cross Street and turn left to reach the main entrance.
From Hudson Falls/points east: Follow state Route 254 W/Route 32B/Route 911E west into Glens Falls. At Centennial Circle, continue straight onto Hudson Ave. Just past Glens Falls Hospital, take a slight left onto South Street. Take a right onto 3rd Street to reach the school parking lot, or continue to Big Cross Street and turn right to reach the main entrance.
Jackson Heights School, 24 Jackson Avenue
Jackson Heights Elementary School is located at 24 Jackson Ave., Glens Falls, NY 12801. The main entrance is on Jackson Avenue, with parking behind the building on Jackson Avenue, or on the streets surrounding the school.
From I-87: Take exit 19 and turn east onto NY-254/West Aviation Road. Continue straight over Route 9/Glen St. After passing car dealerships on your left, take a right turn onto Meadowbrook Road. Take a slight right onto Ridge Street when Meadowbrook ends. Turn left onto Jackson Avenue.
From Hudson Falls/points east: Follow state Route 254/River Street west out of Hudson Falls, turning right just past the Feeder Canal (onto Quaker Road) to stay on Route 254. Turn left onto Sanford Street. Turn right onto Mauro Avenue. Mauro Avenue turns left and becomes Jackson Avenue.
Kensington Road School, 43 Kensington Road
Kensington Road Elementary School is located at 43 Kensington Road, Glens Falls, NY 12801. The main entrance is on Kensington Road, with parking in front of and around the building on the Jerome Avenue side, or on the streets surrounding the school.
From I-87: Take Exit 18 and turn east onto Main Street/Broad Street. At the Walgreen’s, turn right onto South Western Avenue. Turn right onto Coolidge Avenue, and then left onto Roosevelt Avenue. (Roosevelt is a divided street; be sure to obey the one-way signage.) Roosevelt Avenue ends at Kensington Road, and the school will be in front of you. Continue into the school parking lot, or park on the streets surrounding the school.
From Hudson Falls/points east: Follow state Route 254/River Street west out of Hudson Falls, turning right just past the Feeder Canal (onto Quaker Road) to stay on Route 254. At Binley’s Florist & Garden Center, turn left onto Dix Avenue. Stay on Dix Avenue until it comes to a T at Ridge Street. Take a left onto Ridge Street, and an immediate right onto Grand Street. Continue on Grand Street as it becomes Chester Street after crossing Bay Street. Chester comes to a T at Glen Street/Route 9. Take a right onto Glen Street, and then a left onto Horicon Avenue. Take a right onto Kensington Road, and the school will be on your right. Continue into the school parking lot, or park on the streets surrounding the school.
Morse Athletic Complex, Upper Sherman Avenue
From I-87: Take Exit 18 and turn east onto Main Street. Take a left turn onto Media drive. Turn right onto Luzerne Road, and left onto Veterans Road. Turn right onto Sherman Avenue/Upper Sherman Road, and make an immediate left into Morse Athletic Complex.
