 6. Approve the following resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Glens Falls City School District hereby authorizes the funding of the District, approved reserves with the excess of 4% from unassigned fund balance at June 30, 2019. The allocation of such fund balance will be determined subsequent to June 30, 2019 and  prior to setting the tax levy. (Roll Call)

7. Approve the following resolution:

WHEREAS, by Resolution dated February 11, 2019, the Board of Education of the Glens Falls City School District approved the settlement of the 2018 Real Property Tax Law Article 7 proceedings 68 Warren LLC v. Board of Assessment Review and Assessor of the City of Glens Falls, and the City of Glens Falls, New York (Index Numbers EF2018-65655 and EF2018-65657), and

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Resolution to incorporate only EF2018-65657 in the Consent Order and discontinue EF2018-65655 with prejudice;

 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT

RESOLVED, that Resolution dated February 11, 2019 is amended to demonstrate that the 2018 assessed value of the property in EF2018-65657 (tmp 303.17-17-9) shall be set at $481,250, with no refunds from the School District to be paid to Petitioner, and it is further

RESOLVED, that the assessments for 2019, 2020 and 2021 will be based on the market value of the  property as follows, with the annual equalization rate applied:

2019                                    $650,000

2020                                    $675,000

2021                                    $700,000

RESOLVED, that the moratorium of RPTL 727 shall not apply; and it is further

RESOLVED, that EF2018-65655 (tmp 303.17-17-1) shall be discontinued, with prejudice, and it is further

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes Counsel for the School District, Karla Williams Buettner, Esq. to sign the appropriate Stipulation of Settlement resolving this matter. (Roll Call)

8. Approve the following resolution:

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Glens Falls City School District hereby approves the settlement of the 2018 Real Property Tax Law Article 7 proceeding Andritz Inc., as Successor of Kamry Inc., and Heritage MF Ventures III Ltd v. Assessor of the City of Glens Falls, Board of Assessment Review of the City of Glens Falls and the City of Glens Falls, New York (Index Number EF2018-65575) which settlement is as follows:

  1. The Proceeding will be discontinued with prejudice with no reduction in assessed values for 2018, and
  2. The Assessed Values for 2019 shall be set as follows:
