Re-heating instructions for elementary half-day lunch meals

Keep frozen products frozen, and cold items under 40 degrees F until ready for service. To re-heat place items in an oven/toaster oven at 360 degrees, or place in the microwave on medium power until the items reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

COVID case update: October 23, 2020

Today, Glens Falls City School administrators were notified that an individual at Big Cross Street School tested positive for COVID-19. This individual has not been in the school building or on school grounds since Tuesday, Oct. 20th.
